What to Expect from In-Home ABA Therapy
In-home ABA therapy brings support directly to your child in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. A trained behavior technician (sometimes called a therapist) works one-on-one with your child to help build skills, encourage positive behavior, and reduce challenging behavior through fun, structured activities that fit naturally into your daily routine.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) oversees your child’s program every step of the way. The BCBA begins by conducting an initial assessment to understand your child’s strengths and areas of need, then creates a personalized treatment plan with goals tailored to your child. They provide ongoing supervision to the behavior technician, monitor your child’s progress, and adjust the plan as needed to ensure meaningful results.
Parent involvement is key, so the BCBA also provides regular parent training to help you feel confident in supporting your child’s growth outside of sessions. In-home ABA is not just therapy—it’s a team effort designed to support your child’s development and improve everyday life.
What to Expect from School Consultation Services
Our school consultation services are designed to support your child’s success within the classroom setting. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works directly with teachers, school staff, and the child study team to ensure your child receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally.
Whether your child is already receiving ABA therapy or you're exploring school-based support, our BCBA collaborates with the school team to help generalize skills learned at home and ensure that programming is appropriate for your child’s individual needs. This may include observing in the classroom, attending IEP meetings, recommending strategies, and providing training to staff.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between home and school, making sure your child has consistent, effective support across environments.
What to Expect from Fieldwork Supervision
At Universal Progressions LLC, we offer virtual fieldwork supervision for aspiring behavior analysts working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. Supervision is provided directly by our founder, a compassionate and experienced BCBA, who is committed to supporting your growth every step of the way.
Supervision sessions are conducted remotely and structured around the current BACB Task List and experience requirements. Candidates will receive individualized guidance, opportunities for skill development, and professional feedback to help prepare them for their future role in the field.

Patrice Harding, BCBA, NJ-LBA – Owner of Universal Progressions LLC
Patrice Harding is a compassionate and dedicated behavior analyst with a diverse background across school, home, and clinic settings. Her journey began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she directly supported children and implemented treatment plans. Through hard work, ongoing education, and increased clinical experience, Patrice advanced to the role of BCBA, where she now designs personalized treatment plans and mentors behavior technicians and BCBA/BCaBA candidates.
As the owner of Universal Progressions LLC, Patrice is committed to providing holistic, collaborative care by working alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech-language pathologists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), physical therapists (PTs), and teachers. Her mission is to empower families and professionals, guiding them toward meaningful, lasting progress. Patrice’s passion for growth and dedication to high-quality services ensures that every family receives the support they need for long-term success.
