A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) oversees your child’s program every step of the way. The BCBA begins by conducting an initial assessment to understand your child’s strengths and areas of need, then creates a personalized treatment plan with goals tailored to your child. They provide ongoing supervision to the behavior technician, monitor your child’s progress, and adjust the plan as needed to ensure meaningful results.
Parent involvement is key, so the BCBA also provides regular parent training to help you feel confident in supporting your child’s growth outside of sessions. In-home ABA is not just therapy—it’s a team effort designed to support your child’s development and improve everyday life.
