Meet Our Owner / Clinical Director
Patrice Harding MS BCBA, NJ-LBA
Patrice Harding is a compassionate and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (NJ-LBA) with a well-rounded background supporting individuals across home, school, and clinic environments. Her professional journey began as a Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she gained valuable hands-on experience implementing treatment plans directly with children and their families. Through continued education, clinical growth, and dedication to the field, Patrice advanced to the roles of BCaBA and ultimately BCBA, allowing her to design comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Patrice’s experience at every level of ABA service delivery—from direct intervention to clinical leadership—gives her a unique and holistic understanding of how to create programs that are both effective and ethical. She now mentors behavior technicians and BCBA/BCaBA trainees, using her own professional journey to support the growth of confident and compassionate clinicians.
As the founder and owner of Universal Progressions LLC, Patrice is committed to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services that foster meaningful and lasting progress. She believes in a collaborative, whole-child approach, frequently partnering with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, teachers, and other professionals to maximize client success and ensure continuity of care.
